Who We Serve
New B.O.Y. works with "system-involved" youth, those who have encountered the challenges of juvenile probation, and the Department of Child Services, spanning ages from 6 to 18 years old.

Kareem Hines
Founder & CEO
Kareem Hines, originally from Harlem, New York, has consistently demonstrated a profound passion for youth development throughout his life. His journey began when he relocated at the age of 19 to our community, where he initially worked as a swim instructor and Youth Director for the YMCA.
