Welcome to the website of New Breed of Youth, Inc. ("New B.O.Y.," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website at newbreedofyouth.org (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. About New Breed of Youth

New Breed of Youth, Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth through mentoring programs, sports activities, leadership development, and community engagement. Our mission is: "To cultivate and empower youth through programs, activities, and relationship building, focused on instilling in each young man a NEW sense of self and life direction."

Our federal tax identification number (EIN) is 35-2315581. We are headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana.

3. Use of the Site

3.1 Permitted Use

You may use our Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

4. Donations

4.1 Tax-Deductible Contributions

Donations made to New Breed of Youth are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. As a 501(c)(3) organization, we provide donation receipts for tax purposes. Please consult your tax advisor regarding the deductibility of your contribution.

4.2 Use of Donations

Unless otherwise specified, all donations will be used at the discretion of New Breed of Youth to further our charitable mission. Restricted donations will be used in accordance with the donor's expressed wishes, subject to our ability to fulfill such restrictions.

4.3 Recurring Donations

If you elect to make recurring donations, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a regular basis until you cancel. You may cancel recurring donations at any time by contacting us at legal@newbreedofyouth.org.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video, data compilations, and software, is the property of New Breed of Youth or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Trademarks

"New Breed of Youth," "New B.O.Y.," our logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of New Breed of Youth, Inc. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

5.3 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written consent.

6. User Content

If you submit content to the Site (such as testimonials, comments, or photos), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

10. Limitation of Liability

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Marion County, Indiana, for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement
